assuming this is real, *this* is the console designed by Sega of
America, SegaSoft and 3Dfx that LOST to the Dural/Katana/Dreamcast,
circa 1997.

Keep in mind, the Dural, Katana and Dreamcast are all one in the same,
they are the same console. The BlackBelt was the *other* console, the
one that lost when Sega demoed both prototypes internally in mid 1997.
Sega selected the Dural which was renamed Katana, and finally
Dreamcast in 1998.

BlackBelt was said to be using a Banshee variant, perhaps Banshee2
(Voodoo3).

It must have been a very early concept shot, I see a lot of Japanese
Saturn influence in the design. Almost like a flat NEC PC-FX.
